Why Apex Junk Removal
A dumpster sits on the drive for a week and takes up two parking spaces, and half the time it is full before the job is done. For a lot of remodels it is faster and cheaper to have us come at the end of demo and again at the end of the build. We can work around the trades, and we sweep the space before we leave.

Scope
Everything below comes as standard.
What you get
Anyone can throw junk in a truck. The part that matters is the price not changing once the truck is loaded, and the floor being swept when we leave.
We look at the job in person, give you one number for the whole thing, and it does not move unless you add to the pile. The estimate is free whether you go ahead or not.
Nothing needs to be at the curb. We carry it out of the basement, down from the attic or out of the back yard, and we protect the doorways and floors on the way.
NJDEP #0042968 — New Jersey's A901 solid waste transporter license, which a hauler legally needs to take your junk away. Certificate of insurance available before we arrive.
Usable goods go to donation, metal and electronics go to recyclers, and only what is genuinely finished goes to the transfer station.
Questions
Yes, and most contractors we work with book us that way — once after demo, once at punch-list. It keeps the site clear without paying for a dumpster to sit idle.
No. Asbestos, and anything suspected of containing it, needs a licensed abatement contractor by law. If we see it we stop and tell you.
Thanks for getting in touch. Your request is in and one of us will call you straight back to price the job and book a slot that suits you. Nothing is charged until you have agreed the number. If it is urgent, call us on (908) 944-3100.
